Thermotraffic GmbH is restructuring its management team: Marcus Stühlinger joined the company’s management team as a managing director on April 1, 2026, and will work alongside to the long-time managing director Falko Thomas and the commercial director Frank Schulze Topphoff. In his new role, he will further strengthen operational responsibility in particular, thereby strategically expanding the management team.

With Marcus Stühlinger, Thermotraffic gains an experienced logistics manager with comprehensive expertise in temperature-controlled transport logistics.

His professional career began with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk. Afterwards, he studied business administration with a focus on logistics. His career continued in operational logistics, where he assumed leadership responsibilities at one of the leading discounters early on, gaining valuable experience in retail logistics. After that, he has been working for the Tönnies Group for many years and continued to advance within the group’s in-house freight forwarding company, TEVEX. From 2010 onwards, he took over the management of the company together with a colleague and was responsible, among other things, for the vehicle fleet, international transport, and the financial management of a significant business division.

As part of the organizational restructuring of the management team, Falko Thomas will focus on his new tasks at holding company level. Effective April 1, 2026, he took over the role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nichirei Holding Holland BV, and in this position, he will work with the managing directors of the individual countries and the holding company team to further develop the operations of the group’s European subsidiaries.

The post Marcus Stühlinger joined the management team first appeared on Thermotraffic.
